What are the towels made from?

Our buttery smooth fabric is so soft on the skin, and has to be experienced to be believed. Made with 100% recycled bottles. 80% recycled polyester (rPET)and 20% polyamide. Making them lightweight, compact, eco-friendly and better for the environment.

What does rPET mean?

Sourced from post-consumer plastic, recycled and spun into polyester fibre before being woven into our fabric. A total of 20 plastic bottles are recycled into each towel. More

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All orders are dispatched the next business day after your order is placed.
All orders are shipped from our Sydney Warehouse. We will do our best to ship our items as fast as we can. For Sydney Metro orders, where possible one of the friendly Wandrful team will hand deliver the towel directly to you.

Do orders come with tracking?

Yes, all orders come with full tracking. You will get an email with your tracking information. Unless we have pre-arranged a time with you, where one of our friendly Wandrful team will deliver to you in person.

Can I get a return or refund?

Yes, in the unlikely event your unhappy with your order you can return. Head over to our returns page to find out more.
