Returns
We are super confident you will love our Wandrful Towels – If by any chance you’re not happy with your product or would like an exchange within 14 days of purchasing, we’re here to help you.

We will happily refund you for up to 14 days if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, with the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 working days. Product/s must be returned with its original packaging, with tags, otherwise, a refund will not be issued.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item is an unwanted gift, we will only be able to refund the buyer or we can happily exchange for a different towel. Return postage to be paid by gift recipient.

Shipping costs
To return your product, you MUST email us first at hello@wandrful.com.au When returning your item, the buyer will be responsible for paying return postage (unless in the case of a faulty product). You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
